Libraries

The two branches of the Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Public Library are guided by a Board made up of citizen volunteers, librarians and Council members. The branches are located in Cardinal (618 King’s Highway 2) and Spencerville (5 Henderson Street). In addition to large collections of fiction and non-fiction books, both branches offer periodicals, videos, Internet access, and frequent special programs for children and adults.Library book shelves with a chair and table
