Forget me not flower

When you give someone a Forget-me-not bloom, it represents a promise that you will always remember them and will keep them in your thoughts. We have chosen this flower as a symbol of the Child Care and Early Years System in Leeds and Grenville to ensure that children and families are at the forefront of our Child Care and Early Years service system planning.

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville is currently assessing the licensed child care needs and types of child care that families use or want in our community. The information being collected will inform the County’s 5 Year Child Care and Early Years Service System Plan. We are asking for input from families through the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2023_UCLG_Community_Vision_for_ChildCare

The survey will be available until Friday April 14thso submit your input now!
