Half-Load Restrictions in Effect March 2

Reduced load restrictions will be in force on designated Township roads starting Monday, March 2, 2026.

These seasonal restrictions help protect Township roads that are vulnerable to damage during the spring thaw.

Under section 122 of the Highway Traffic Act, vehicles may not exceed five (5) tonnes per axle on roads where reduced loads are in effect.

The following roadways are exempt from half-load restrictions:

• Commerce Dr.
• Edison Ave
• Giant Tiger Blvd
