The two branches of the Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Public Library are guided by a Board made up of citizen volunteers, librarians and Council members. The branches are located in Cardinal (618 King’s Highway 2) and Spencerville (5 Henderson Street). In addition to large collections of fiction and non-fiction books, both branches offer periodicals, videos, Internet access, and frequent special programs for children and adults.
Accessible formats are available in the form of large print books, audiobooks on CD, and downloadable audiobooks. The library is also able to order in special materials on request. Each branch has an accessible public computer with a large print keyboard and widescreen monitor. For more information, call your nearest branch or visit www.edcarlibrary.ca
