Your 2026 Interim Tax Bill is on the Way

The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal has mailed (or emailed) the 2026 Interim Property Tax Bills to property owners.

The interim bill represents 50% of the previous year’s total property taxes for each property. This approach allows the Township to collect taxes early in the year while in the process of confirming the final tax rates.

Any changes resulting from the 2026 approved municipal budget will be reflected in the final tax bill, which will be issued later this year.

Payment due date

The 2026 Interim Tax Bill is due March 31, 2026. Interest is charged after the due date at 1.25% per month.
