Entrance Permits

An entrance permit is required for any new or modified access from your property to a Township road. This includes driveways, laneways, or other entranceways.

All applications are reviewed by the Township’s Public Works Department to ensure entrances meet safety standards, support proper drainage, and comply with the Township’s Entranceway Bylaw.

Entrance permits for access from a County road are issued by the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville

Application fees

The installation fee, plus a $100 administration fee is due when your application is submitted. If Public Works determines that a culvert is not required, the installation fee will be refunded to you. The $100 administration fee is non-refundable.

Additional fees may apply for non-standard culverts.
