NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO CONVEY THE REMAINING EAST 6 METER PORTION OF THE UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCE IDENTIFIED AS, KING STREET PLAN 6 JOHNSTOWN AS CLOSED BY UNREGISTERED BYLAW #368 BETWEEN WATER STREET AND FIRST STREET NORTH OF PR152106 EXCEPT PR78775

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal intends to pass a bylaw during the regular meeting of Council held on December 12, 2022 to convey the remaining east 6 meter portion of the unopened road allowance identified as, King Street Plan 6 Johnstown as closed by unregistered bylaw #368 between Water Street and First Street North of PR152106 except PR78775, in the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal.

Any person who is concerned that their land will be adversely affected by the proposed closure may submit a formal letter to the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal no later than November 30, 2022. Additional information relating to the proposed closure and conveyance is available on the Township website through the October 17, 2022 Committee of the Whole meeting agenda, and at the Township Office located at 18 Centre St, Spencerville.
