Aquafit

Stay active this summer with Aquafit at both Cardinal Pool and Johnstown Pool starting Monday, June 29. These low-impact, full-body workouts take place in the water and are a great way to build strength, improve flexibility and stay active all season long.

Aquafit classes are open to all fitness levels and offer a supportive and fun environment to exercise.

Program schedule

Cardinal Pool (4044 Dishaw St., Cardinal)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Johnstown Pool (24 Sutton Dr., Johnstown)
Mondays and Wednesdays
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

What to expect

Aquafit provides a low-impact workout that is easy on the joints while still delivering a great cardio and strength-building session. It’s a great option for:

  • adults of all ages
  • those looking for a gentle but effective workout
  • anyone wanting to stay active in a social setting

Plan your visit

A health form must be completed prior to participating. Forms can be completed online in advance or in person at the pool.

Classes run as part of the regular summer pool schedule. Please check for updates before attending, as schedules may change throughout the season.
