Property Tax Sale
The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is conducting a property tax sale by public tender under the Municipal Act, 2001.
Tenders will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 13, 2026.

- The municipality is not responsible for ensuring compliance with federal or provincial legislation, including restrictions on non-Canadian purchasers.
How to submit a tender
Tenders must be submitted using the prescribed provincial form included in the tender package and must include a deposit of at least 20% of the tender amount.
A copy of the tender package is available online through Ontario Tax Sale (OTS), or in person at the Township Office for a fee of $25.
