The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is processing a Council Initiated zoning bylaw amendment, with the landowner’s authorization, for the property at 2140 Dundas Street in Cardinal.
The purpose of the amendment is to change the current zoning in Zoning Bylaw 2022-37 on the subject parcel of land from Site Specific General Commercial (CG-3) zone to Institutional (I) zone. The effect of this application will remove the ‘CG-3’ zone and its list of permitted uses and apply the ‘I’ zone and its permitted uses.
