Request for proposals: Spencerville splash pad

The Township is seeking proposals for the design and construction of a new splash pad facility at 4 Ryan St. in Spencerville. The project includes site servicing, mechanical and electrical systems, a prefabricated treatment building, fencing, access walkways, and site restoration by seeding.
Tender: Supply of asphalt
RFP No. EC-PW-26-08
Closing date: August 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Anticipated tender award: August 25, 2026
Project completion: No later than October 30, 2026
The Township is accepting sealed tenders for the supply and application of approximately 800 metric tonnes of HL3 hot mix asphalt for various pad and patch locations throughout the municipality.

Tender: Johnstown Community Centre generator installation

Closing date: July 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
The installation of a new 48 kW natural gas backup generator and automatic transfer switch at the Johnstown Community Centre, located at 24 Sutton Dr. in Johnstown. The generator and automatic transfer switch will be supplied by the Township.
Tender: supply of winter sand
RFQ No. EC-PW-26-07
Closing date: 2:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026
The supply and delivery of winter sand for the 2026/2027 winter season. The approximate quantity required is 3,800 metric tonnes, to be delivered to the Township’s Public Works depot in Pittston.
