Policies

The following accessibility policies outlines the ways in which we are working to address accessibility needs in our community:

Accessibility training

We offer all staff accessibility training to ensure that staff understand our accessibility policies and plans. During the training, staff learn how to provide excellent customer service to everyone in the community, regardless of their accessibility needs.

Compliance Reporting

Municipalities (designated public sector organization) identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 191/11 must file an accessibility compliance report every two years.
