Water/Sewer Operator

The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is seeking a Water/Sewer Operator to support the operation and maintenance of municipal water and wastewater systems. Under the direction of the Assistant Chief Operator and Overall Responsible Operator, this position is responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance, and safe operation of treatment facilities, pumping stations, and distribution and collection systems, in accordance with applicable legislation and operational standards.

Candidates must hold, at a minimum, an Operator-in-Training (OIT) Certification in Water Treatment and/or Wastewater Treatment and possess a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License. The salary range for this position is $25.24 to $37.09 per hour, based on CUPE 2311-01.
