The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal offers a variety of free and paid skating times throughout the fall and winter season.

Free Adult Fitness Classes are held Wednesday evenings from October 7 to November 25 (excluding November 11), from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the South Edwardsburgh Community Centre. No registration required.

The StrongerU program is designed specifically for seniors who want to stay active, improve mobility, and build strength in a safe, supportive environment.
