The Township has received an application under section 45(2) of the Planning Act regarding the property at 112 Dobbie Road. The applicant proposes using the dwelling at this property as an operation and maintenance building to support the BESS facility on the adjacent property during the lifecycle of the facility and it is intended to be reinstated as residential or removed once the BESS facility is decommissioned.
